Done Deal!

I finished my finals on Monday! WOOOOO! Justin took me to a movie (Be Kind Rewind) and to Wingers to celebrate. He's definitely the best. He goes to school and works three to four nights a week so we try to hang out when we can. I just can't believe that I'm finally done with my online class. It's such a relief.

Here comes the senoritis! It's so hard to do homework, so that's become a problem. It's fine though because on the weekends I just make up everything.

Moka is going to have her baby by the 10th at least, that's when she's being induced. But she's had contractions and stuff so maybe Bentley will come sooner! I can't wait to have a new niece. Moka says that Bentley is grounded because she won't come early. I just found out that I get to go see them when they go to St. George in April. I can't wait! Justin's going to come with me and it'll be a ton of fun.

Well, that's all I have. Nothing else is really exciting in my life. I'll try to make it exciting.

I am really bad at this blog thing. I've been so crammed with homework lately. I don't think anyone reads this anyways. I'm taking eight classes at school and studied for a final for a online class. Life is so hectic!

Well lately I went and saw Step Up 2. I'm a sucker for those dance movies. I loved it. Call me little, oh well. I really enjoy them!

I just took a final for one of my online classes so phew! I'm so happy to be done with one of them. Now I have to buckle down and study some more for my other one. who needs US History anyways??

I've been really sick lately. Ugh. I'm starting to get those infamous Allen headaches. I've also had a really bad cold. I catch everything.

It's really weird not having your mom cook for you. Anyone want to give me cooking lessons? I just want a home cooked meal once in a while!

Mika, Sweethearts, and a movie!

I had a busy week this week.
Friday I went to my Mika concert! I have been looking forward to this concert since I found out about it in October. It was at a venue called In the Venue. We got there at about seven when it was supposed to start. That was a bad idea. The line was a block and a half long. I had no idea so many people liked him. I saw my friend Michelle in line so me and Justin got in line with her. We waited for a little over two hours to get in. Mika's equipment got left in Idaho, and he didn't even get to the venue until about 8 himself. So, we got an acoustic show. He was sooo amazing. He was jumping around on stage, and playing different instruments. He was really funny too.




Saturday I went to the Sweethearts dance at school. I had a blast. I took Justin of course. We went bowling during the day, we went to eat at Johnny Carinos, and we went to the dance. I had a lot of fun. I forgot how much fun dances are. Stupid Canada not having any!
After the dance we went to see Fool's Gold. It was really funny, but don't take the little ones. It's adult humor. I love Kate Hudson and Matthew. They are so cute together. :)

Three Movies in 8 days!

I had been slacking on my movie goal lately. So this week I saw three!

First I saw Juno.
This movie was really funny. I like Ellen Page and Michael Cera a lot. They're really good actors. I don't want to give anything away...but she's pregnant! hahah. If you like a good comedy, I recommend this one.
Then I saw 27 Dresses on Monday. This is now one of my favorite movies. Katherine Heigl is amazing. Every one of her movies goes big. She's an amazing actress, and there's some really fun scenes. I laughed a lot.Then yesterday I saw Cloverfield. This movie is so scary. I didn't have any nightmares last night, so that's an accomplishment. This movie was so scary because it seems SO real. The movie is all shot from the characters camera, that he just happens to have. I'm never going in a New York tunnel again!

Moving!

So today I'm moving.
It's really sad, but also really exciting.
I'm so excited to get back to Utah, to my friends, to my family. Canada is my home away from home. I love it here. I learned so much here. I'm going to miss everybody here in Canada.
My room is so empty...

P.S. I Love You!

Today I saw P.S. I Love You. Wow. It's such a good movie! It's the best romantic comedy I've seen in forever. Not to mention how handsome the guys are in it hahaha. But seriously...go see it!
It's about a married couple and the man dies. He then sends her letters for the next year. It's just so cute. Go see it now!
My next movie will be "27 Dresses". Woooot!

New Years Resolution!

I've never really thought about a New Year's Resolution til now. My friend Ameena is going a new thing everyday for a year. That's a lot of things. I decided I wanted to do this...but then I change my mind.

So my new year's resolution is to see every movie that I want that comes out in theatres. I know this could be expensive, but I have my money saved! I think I'll be going about once a week. I figure I can write about it here and maybe help you guys to know if you want to go see a movie. So, I've already gone to two movies this year, so here it goes!

I went and saw 3:10 to Yuma.

I really liked this movie. It was enjoyable to watch. It's kind of slow at sometimes, but the action scenes made up for it. It was super violent though. I don't want to spoil anything, but a lot of people die..like about 100 I think. Christian Bale and Russell Crowe were very, very good in this film. I would recommend it to anyone! I went and saw Atonement. I loved this movie. This movie has Kiera Knightley,Saoirse Ronan, and James McAvoy. These actors and actresses played the part so well. I know it's corny, but it really makes you feel how they feel. I loved this movie. There are some suggestive scenes, and scenes with swears and dead people. It's not for younger people, which is why I think it's R rated in the States. Am I right? It's 14 A here. I think this movie should win Best Picture. It's absolutely amazing.
