I was boring this week.

There isn't much to update on, but I'm procrastinating sleep so I decided to update.
This past week there were no dates, and not much of anything. I worked a lot of hours, and went to school (most of the time). I found out today that I got a 79 on my math midterm. That's amazing for how much I've managed to miss in class. I'm kinda caught up in all my classes. I call it the curse of lazy. I'm very lazy. I manage to sleep through class about twice a week. It's a bad habit. I'm hoping that the 4 alarms I set for tomorrow morning will get me up. I have to go to class tomorrow. It's basically life or death. I have a test on Wednesday and the review is tomorrow.

Well actually, I did do something exciting on Saturday. I got to go see one of my BEST friends Shay. Her little girl Camryn is turning one this week, and she is so big! Last time I saw little Camryn was in October. She kept saying HI!, I wanted to take her home with me. After that I went to a Mardi Gras party at my friend Brynn's house. It was SOO much fun. A few people dressed up, and it was hilarious. The decorations were awesome, and I even wore a mask all night. Brynn put all the guys who didn't dress up in sheet togas. It was really funny. I didn't get home til 2:30 am, but it was very worth it! I'm mad that I didn't get any pictures, but hopefully Brynn will post her pics on Facebook soon!

Well this week will be pretty mellow, I have a math test, and a english paper due. Other than that I work almost every day. But this weekend will be a riot. I have Camryn's birthday party, and Michelle's bridal shower. It will be a great weekend!

Oops.

I didn't realize that my blog was turning into "Melissa's Adventures into Dating". Maybe I should change my blog to that. That would be interesting.

There's not much of an update on me. I guess I can try though.

A couple weeks ago I took out my nose ring. I've been working about 30 hours a week at Target, and also going to school full time. I swear it can be done! I absolutely love working at Super Target. I get along with everyone, and have made a ton of new friends. I work in the Fitting Room almost every shift, and I love it.

I also go to school full time still. I'm really behind in most of my classes, but I think I'll survive. I know I should be spending more time going to school and doing homework than working. But what can I say? I love working! I have a math midterm tomorrow, and I'm really behind. So, I'm trying to study for that right now. I've done pretty good, I just finished all my math homework. Now, I just have to study!

I've been hanging out with a few different guys lately. (I had to throw that in for all my old YW leaders in Calgary!) The funny this is all of them are 22 or older. Who knew I would like such older guys? Haha. We could I'm just a little boy crazy. I think I should be able to since I wasn't boy crazy in high school. I hung out with another new guy last night, it was weird though.

I'm headed up to Calgary in March for Spring Break, and I can't wait! (All you old YW leaders: we should have a party! Write me a message on Facebook if you are in!) I can't wait to hang out with Brittany and Kurt and Abby! It's going to be a great break from real life. (And home cooked food!) Oh, on that note. I'm finally learning to cook...Pasta Roni and Mac and Cheese, but I'm amazing at it. Ask all my roomies!

Well there is my most random update ever, but I just felt like procrastinating.

Valentines Day?

I love Valentine's Day. I've had a Valentine every year since I was 15, and this year was no exception. I managed to work all night and have three hot dates tonight...two of them being at work. I have a friend at work named Raymond, and we decided to have a hot date during one of our breaks, and our lunch. It was hilarious. I even made him Valentines. Our hot lunch date included chicken, and dr. pepper.

But anyways, after work I ended up going over to Raymond's house and watching Juno and The Covenant. Basically two radically different movies. It was really fun though. I didn't even get home til 4 this morning.
I hope everyone had an awesome Valentine's like I did!

NEW HAIR!

I LOVE getting my hair done. So on Saturday I made my way down to South Jordan to get my hair did. I got some bangs, and I added black to different parts of my hair. This is the end result!
You can't really see how long it is, but it's a bit shorter. And it's black underneath! I love it!

i only get the creeps.

Scott. He tried to cuddle me and hold my hand in a movie. I didn't even know the guy. So then I pretended to be asleep, and he still tried to get me to fall asleep on me.
Then he used the best line ever: "since the movie is so boring, we should just kiss."
I died laughing (on the inside) and then pretended to be asleep after.

bahaha. i love my life :) so amusing!

the story gets even better...

but, i just wrote a 4 page paper in the past half hour, so my head hurts. I promise when I have the chance, I'll tell you about the whole story. (since you all are just dying to know..or not).
but let's just say this guy is not a keeper, and in some ways the weirdest guy I have ever met in my life.

I'll let you in on how I got a boyfriend, and then was single again all in the matter of 10 hours.
